As a second generation agent (with 4 members of my family in the same profession), real estate is definitely in my blood .

I am a Knoxville native and that allows me to know the market through and through. I obtained my real estate license in late 1999 and then in 2007 I opened Slyman Real Estate, Inc. with the goal of hiring like-minded, local agents. I am blessed with two boys, Keylor and Cole. I volunteer regularly at my boys’ schools and it brings me great joy to watch them learn and grow.

I attended the University of Tennessee and obtained my Bachelor of Science with a major in marketing (1998). I followed that up by gaining my Master of Business Administration, also at UT in 2000. I utilize my education daily when marketing properties and negotiating offers. I continue to educate myself in the current real estate trends and am proud to say that I am hold designations such as the GRI, ABR, and CRS. I am also a fully certified short sale specialist through CDPE.

My years of experience and lifetime knowledge of the Knoxville market make me uniquely qualified to meet and exceed my clients’ expectation. As one of the few female auctioneers in Tennessee, I can help someone decide whether selling via the traditional MLS method or via auction is better for their situation.
