Written, directed and edited by international award-winning filmmaker Reema Sengupta, the film is an intimate perspective on the identity of the ‘Ideal Indian Female’ in urban India. It talks about housing discrimination, marital rape and the hope for liberation – both sexual and societal.
The World Premiere was at Sundance 2018 where it was the only Indian short film to be selected in 16 years. The film has selected at 110+ festivals and won 36 awards around the world.
