The women of our community are often referred to as strong. “Strong is beautiful.. Strong is the new skinny,” terms like this can be found on plenty of t-shirts; it has become a catchy thing that you say. But we challenge you on this notion.

The women of our community are strong, they are sexy, they are beautiful. But this has less to do with their muscles or physique and more to do with their mentality and determination to demand more of themselves. This choice started deep down inside and has resulted in a change that is now visible and evident for you to see. This term is not reserved only for those who stand on podiums.

Strong is for single mothers who keep the world spinning for their children. Strong is also for that person in your class who may finish dead last every day, but shows up every day eager to get better. Strong comes in all shapes, sizes and colors.
