I am committed to using natural and organic beauty products, but I must admit that it isn’t always easy. It can be hard to find products that actually deliver results. While I have grown used to the fact that if I want to use a sulfate free shampoo it isn’t going to lather like regular shampoos, I can still be picky when it comes to finding the right hair products. Miessence, Aveda, Jason’s Naturals…I have tried them all. Still, I have been searching for the perfect organic shampoo. That is why I was so excited recently when I stumbled on Modern Organic Products.
MOP hair products are salon caliber hair products that also respect the environment. They use organic and food-based ingredients. They do not do animal testing which is important to me. Rather, they rely on medical expertise, toxicological and non-animal testing to ensure the safety of their products.
Their product range is very wide offering shampoos, conditioners and styling products for just about every hair type. They even have a pear shampoo that is designed for babies and toddlers. (I bought it for my preschoolers and they loved it!)
I recently tried the MOP C Hydrating shampoo and conditioner and was thrilled! The first thing that I noticed was the smell. It is a very light citrus smell that comes from essential oils. It is not at all overpowering, which is good because my dad has extreme sensitivity to fragrances. The sulfate free shampoo is color safe as well as PH balanced. Loaded with antioxidants and vitamins, this shampoo left my hair soft and manageable. If your hair is fine and dry like mine, I highly recommend it.
The conditioner was also fabulous! Like the shampoo, the smell was wonderful. In addition to having dry ends, I also have an oily scalp that can sometimes get flaky. This makes it hard to find the right conditioner. I decided to give their MOP C hydrating conditioner a try since it is their best selling conditioner. I really loved this one and will continue to use it.
If you love great beauty products and green and organic products appeal to you, I highly recommend trying Modern Organic products. Their products are luxurious and natural at the same time, proving that just because you want organic products you don’t have to give up performance.
