Is your shoe true to size?
Our shoes model are designed in normal fit, if your feet are relatively wide, or you have higher instep and used to wearing thick socks, you can take commuting shoes size as reference.A
I read some reviews that the collar hair is easy to fall of, is that true?
Our fur is artificial fur which have a small amount of floating hair during cutting process, if the collar hair start to fall off, in order not to affect your use,we suggested that you can use a dryer to blow off the surface of the floating hair.
Is your shoe supportive?
Due to the characteristics of memory foam, it needs time to rebound, we recommend to give our slippers a proper “vacation”, so as to extend the service life of the product.
Can I wear your shoe for longer time?
We have optimized and upgraded the product, we use TPR sole as our outsole, at the same time we increased the rubber percentage of the outsole, making it more wear-resistant.
What’s your material made of?
We strongly support environment &animal protection. We have used the microsuded as upper material, which composed of millions of very fine microfiber. Faux suede is more resistant to wear and stains comparing to real suede.
