Meet Grace-Julia Okoroji, Chair of the Women’s Empowerment Network (WEN) at Harris Health. Grace-Julia believes that empowering women takes a collective effort, and it’s the “we” in WEN that makes it happen. Although there are some challenges in juggling WEN’s activities with their regular jobs, Grace-Julia encourages others to join an Employee Resource Group (ERG) at Harris Health. With seven ERGs available, there’s something for everyone. Women fit into many different buckets, and by joining an ERG, they can bring their best selves to work every day.
