BIO
Lucilla is a mental health practitioner who helps long-time, immigrant women (and female-identifying) achieve a sense of wholeness and empowerment living in a foreign country. Originally from Italy, Lucilla has lived in Canada for 14 years and has seen first-hand the struggle that many long-time newcomers face in rebuilding their lives and regaining a sense of wholeness.

With a focus on facilitating engaging and interactive training, Lucilla aims to empower women as they navigate the complexities of a new cultural identity.

With over 20 years of experience in training and facilitating, Lucilla has taught more than 1,000 individuals on a range of subjects, including soft skills, workplace culture, and mental health tactics.

She currently lives on Vancouver Island with her husband, son, dog, cat, and gecko. In her free time, she can be found sipping a cup of tea and reading mystery novels.
