The inaugural Women Strong Pairs Competition took place Saturday, September, 17th at 5 select CrossFit Affiliate locations across Canada. ( 3 locations in Ontario, CrossFit Indestri, CrossFit Durst, CrossFit Canuck) 1 location in Alberta ( Athlete Inside Performance) and 1 location in Quebec ( CrossFit De La Cite). A women only pairs competition, a day of women empowering women through fitness with each location supporting a local women’s shelter in their area.
